Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions of business for Londonfooty.co.uk. Those included are individuals and teams who wish to take part in any Londonfooty game. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are uncertain about any of the rights you agree to forswear when joining London Footy please consult legal advice.

Terms for Participation

  • 1.1All teams that agree to join a London Footy league must pay a £100.00 refundable deposit (see section 2) and fully commit to the duration and number of games in their league format.
  • 1.2Participants agree to abide by the playing rules set out on www.londonfooty.co.uk.
  • 1.3London Footy reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant, team or organisation from its competition.

Refundable Deposit

  • 2.1All teams must pay a £100 refundable deposit to enter a London Footy competition.
  • 2.1Deposits will be refunded, where eligable, within 10 working days of the end of the league.
  • 2.2London Footy may deduct any fees owed by a team from their deposit and will fully retain the deposit if a team exists a league or is dismissed from a league (see section 3.3).

Match fees

  • 3.1All match fees should be paid before the game commences.
  • 3.2Fees can be paid in advance online (using BACS or Paypal) or in person to the designated London Footy referee (by cash or cheque).
  • 3.3All fees not paid on match night should be paid within 7 days online, failure to do so could result in dismissal from the league with full retention of the team deposit by London Footy.
  • 3.4Any team that pay their match fee by cheque, which is then declined by their bank, will incur an additional £10 administration fee.

Health and Safety

  • 4.1Londonfooty is not legally liable for individuals' injury or death. All individuals take part at their own risk and should arrange their own medical insurance, or other insurances, where desired.
